Our refund and returns policy for tickets (General admission/Kids ga) starts immediately after purchase, and only up to before the event itself. If the event has passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. There are no refunds for the Pay-Per-View option, unless* the events production cannot stream live.
If you are removed from the event due to security reasons, you will not receive a refund or exchange. Please conduct yourself respectfully for the staff, fighters and fans.
We also do not accept returns on merchandise at this time.
To complete your return for tickets/tables, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. VIP SEATS AND/OR TABLES ONLY ACCEPT RETURN OF ITEM FOR DATE EXCHANGE, DONATION, OR TO POSSIBLY RESELL FOR REFUND.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Late Refund Request
Late Refund Request refers to refunds on the day of the event. This means that at 12:01 A.M on the event day until 6:59 P.M you will only receive partial credit or full exchange for next event after original purchase. After 6:59 P.M a refund is no longer available.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. (VIP AREA CUSTOMERS can ONLY receive UP TO full amount in refunds if the Seats are sold before the event; date exchanges always possible)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items/tickets/VIP if they are defective or damaged or the event has changed date(NOT IF THE FIGHT CARD CHANGES, ALL FIGHT CARDS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY POINT BEFORE THE SHOW) If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at donnybrookefp@gmail.com and send your item to: 58 Robar Rd, Graniteville, VT 05654.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
